Refund Policy

HELPING HAND FOR LIVELIHOOD FOUNDATION has a clear donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent handling of refund requests. Because donations are utilized promptly for ongoing humanitarian, educational, and livelihood relief work, refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds may be considered in cases of accidental duplicate transactions, technical payment errors, or unauthorized use of payment methods, provided the request is made within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, please email hhlfbihar@gmail.com with your transaction details, proof of deduction, and reason for refund. Validated refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

Donations for which an 80G tax exemption certificate has already been issued cannot be refunded in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
