Nature of Services

HELPING HAND FOR LIVELIHOOD FOUNDATION is a non-profit social welfare organization. We do not sell physical goods in the commercial sense. Contributions, donations, and membership fees are voluntary contributions to support our charitable mission.

Donation Receipts & Certificates

Upon successful completion of an online donation, membership registration, or coordinator enrollment, a digital receipt / acknowledgment and 80G certificate (where eligible) is immediately generated and sent via email / WhatsApp to the donor.

Tax Exemption Certificates

Consolidated 80G certificates are sent annually by email. Physical copies may be requested by writing to hhlfbihar@gmail.com and will be dispatched by postal mail or courier within 15–20 business days.

Delivery Timelines

Digital receipts: Instant (within 5 minutes). Digital certificates / identity cards: within 24–48 hours upon verification. Physical materials (if applicable for campaigns/programs): dispatched within 7–10 working days across India.
